Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Plain T-Shirts India.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services, including print-on-demand, dropshipping, and plain t-shirt supply services (https://plaintshirtsindia.com/)(collectively, “Services”). “Clients”, “You” refers the POD sellers, brand owners or customers who are using our services. By registering or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

  • Agree to and accept these Terms fully.

We reserve the right to refuse access or discontinue service at our discretion.

2. Description of Services

We provides:

  • Plain T-Shirt Supply for bulk and brand requirements.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) services where we print customer designs on products.

  • Dropshipping Fulfillment, where we pack and ship orders on behalf of clients directly to their customers.

3. Order & Payment Policy

  • All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer credit under any circumstance.

  • No processing will begin without full payment. This applies to POD, dropshipping, or plain t-shirt orders.

  • Clients must ensure payment confirmation for each order to avoid delays.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard dispatch time: 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders requiring custom processing or stock replenishment may take 5–7 working days.

  • Orders may be delayed if there are issues from the client side such as incomplete information, low-quality designs, or unconfirmed payments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Clients are responsible for shipping unless explicitly requested otherwise.

  • For client-handled shipping, we dispatch the package and share tracking; delivery and courier performance are outside our control.

  • If we handle shipping, shipping charges apply and are added to the invoice.

  • Our responsibility ends once the order is processed and dispatched.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Disputes

  • No returns or cancellations once the order has been processed.

  • Custom printed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear product or printing defect.

  • If there’s an error from our side (wrong item, print mistake, damage), clients must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video proof. After validation, we will issue a replacement or refund in 5-7 business days.

7. Responsibility & Limitations

  • We are responsible only for:

    • Accepting orders

    • Processing and printing as per design

    • Packing and dispatching products on time

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Late deliveries caused by courier partners

    • Customer returns due to sizing issues or dissatisfaction

    • RTOs or packages lost after dispatch

    • Any brand-facing customer service requirements

8. Seller/Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and complete order data.

  • Ensure uploaded artwork is high resolution and correctly sized.

  • Handle customer communication, returns, and support at the brand’s end.

  • Store return parcels (if any) are held by us for a maximum of 15 days after RTO.

9. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices may be revised periodically.

  • All applicable taxes (including GST) are the client’s responsibility.

  • Clients should consult their own tax advisors regarding their tax liabilities.

10. Account & Data Usage

  • Clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

  • Misuse or sharing of accounts may result in account suspension.

  • Files inactive for 6 months may be deleted from our system.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

  • In any case, our liability is limited strictly to the value of the affected order.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Termination of Services

  • Clients may stop using our services at any time, provided all dues are cleared.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or non-payment.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.

  • If required, disputes may be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of the latest version.
