At Plain T Shirts India, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services to all our B2B customers across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
Shipping Coverage:
- We ship all over India, including metro cities, tier 2/3 towns, and rural areas via trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
- We currently offer international shipping upon custom requests.
Order Processing Time:
- Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) may usually processed the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During peak seasons or special campaigns, processing time may extend up to 3–5 business days.

Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, standard charges of ₹70–₹150 apply based on weight and destination.
- Bulk Orders (₹50,000 and above): May be eligible for free shipping or custom logistics. Please contact us more details.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can use this to track your order in real time.
GST Invoicing & Dispatch Documentation:
All shipments are dispatched with:
- GST-compliant invoice
- Packing slip
- Transport label with HSN Code
- Any additional documentation as required by government regulations or B2B buyers
Undelivered Orders / Failed Deliveries:
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
